Rob’s career in Cost and Project Management spans over 30 years across private practice and contracting organisations, during which he has developed a deep and practical understanding of all aspects of the discipline. He is committed to the maximisation of clients’ interests and to the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Under Rob’s leadership, COLE operates as a senior-led professional practice supported by a depth of cost management and project delivery expertise. The practice is structured to suit each commission, drawing on a broad mix of skills and experience to provide continuity, flexibility, and specialist input as required. Collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and long-term client support sit at the core of how the practice operates.
