By thoroughly assessing all project and associated costs, potential risks and opportunities for adding value, we minimise the unexpected and drive optimal return on investment for our clients.

We ensure that financial documents are completed and presented clearly, making it easy for clients to understand the site reported financial information quickly.

Collate and check construction contract documents prior to issue for execution.
Conduct comprehensive reviews, compile data, and recommend payments for consultants and contractors as appropriate.
Generate detailed monthly cost reports for the client and consultant team.
Maintain constant communication with the client and/or their representative.
Prepare initial cost estimates, developing into detailed cost models, including potential value engineering items and buildability considerations that form a detailed audit trail.
Participate in client and design team meetings.

Offer cost advice and implement cost control measures during the design stage that help maintain the project development within the agreed budget.
Provide guidance on procurement strategies, contract types, and contractor selection options.
With the other members of the consultant team, collate and prepare tender documentation.
Administer the tender process, including clarifying submissions, conducting analysis. preparing tender reports. and facilitating negotiations.
Negotiate and finalise settlement of final accounts with contractors.
Oversee the financial aspect of the rectification/ defect period.
