This can be a fast-track world where getting the logistics right is more of a problem than the works themselves; working in tall buildings in crowded cities has a significant impact on access, the speed of construction that is demanded means that significant numbers of workers will be onsite at any one point in time, and the coming together of design and procurement is often compressed into short timescales.

Our experience ranges from internal ‘re-stacks’ to fully fitted corporate headquarters, together with ‘Cat-A’ developments / redevelopments for letting on the open-market and highly specified ‘Cat-B’ fit-outs, all of which have allowed us to develop an excellent knowledge and understanding of what is required and how to achieve successful outcomes in this marketplace.
