Client Representation

Our breadth of experience and knowledge places us in a strong position to represent our clients in matters of construction and related activities.

Whether inexperienced or time poor, we can act as your link to the project team and will take responsibility for managing the project, or specific parts thereof, on your behalf.

This role is distinct from the contract administration / employers’ agents roles within certain forms of construction contracts. When appointed, clients can be assured that their global interests are always protected by industry profiles.

Provide assistance in developing the Client Brief for the Project.
Suggest and develop optimum strategies for the delivery of the Client Brief, its individual objectives and ultimate goal.
Advise on the appointment of consultants, contractors and other specialist necessary for the project.
Prioritise client’s needs and ensure these are best represented and addressed at all project meeting.
Provide an objective and independent view of the progress of the works and the performance of the organisations / individuals involved.
Report and initiate corrective measures to address areas of underperformance or address opportunities for adding value.
Accept handover of the project on completion and ensure all completion certificates, operational documents and maintenance agreements are in place.
