Hospitality

From Take-aways to Fine Dining. reduction of operational costs and making the most of the built environment to support and enhance the food experience are key elements in the operator I owner’s business case. Food is always the key ingredient. but like any successful recipe all parts of the offering need to blend together!

We have experience in helping our clients develop new restaurants. refresh existing establishments. improve and extend front and back of house areas in isolation and carry out ad-hoc and planned maintenance.

Rarely is time not an issue and maintaining service is often a fundamental requirement of the majority of projects we have worked on. Our project management skills and ability to bind project teams together to maximise output has brought significant improvements in the delivery of a number of projects; as an example. we decommissioned an existing and installed a new kitchen (including equipment. finishes. services and storage) in a well-known pub restaurant in fourteen days!

Occasionally, our services have extended into providing ancillary overnight and hotel accommodation and we have been fortunate to be involved in a bedroom refurbishment project for a well-known operators boutique hotel in London.
